Unified Comms Alliance really takes support seriously.  Ultimately our differentiation is our service.  Our partners are chosen not just for their huge expertise and having the best Microsoft and supporting vendors accreditation, but also for being dynamic and having honesty and integrity.  When a partner entrusts a worldwide project to the Unified Comms Alliance and its partners, you need to know that the support or implementation is going to be just as good as what you've personally delivered to your customer.  Our partners are all on the "same page", we just want delighted, referenceable customers!

Our support is based on uniform SLA's, so as a customer you know precisely what your getting no matter where in the world it is.  All of our partners have signed up to and adhere to the Unified Comms Alliance SLA's and terms and conditions, you can be sure that the SLA is going to be reflected and delivered just the way you want it.

Because the Unified Comms Alliance religiously follows the vendors accreditation programmes, support will never be a problem.  We never supply "grey" or equipment that has been shipped out of theatre, that way we know if we need to call for vendor for 3rd and 4th line support, you're covered.
